Our Fees

We offer a variety of sessions to accommodate the needs of families.

There is a minimum session requirement of 2 sessions per week and you can request to increase sessions if places are available.

The government currently funds the following Early Years entitlements for parents of young children:

• Families receiving some additional forms of government support, such as certain benefits or credits, may be eligible to access 15 hours of 2Help childcare per week for their 2-year-old.
  Please note that all of our 2Help and funded-only sessions have now been filled for the academic year September 2025 – July 2026.
  
• Working parents of two-year-olds are able to access 15 hours of funded childcare per week.
  
• All parents of 3 and 4-year-olds can access 15 hours of childcare per week, regardless of whether they are working.
  
• Eligible working parents of 3- and 4-year-olds can access an additional 15 hours of childcare, known as the ‘30 Hours or extended’ entitlement.

Using this funding, your child is entitled to up to 15 hours of childcare per week for 38 weeks of the year (term time only). For more information on funding entitlements, please visit Help with childcare costs – Warwickshire County Council.

We also accept Tax Free Childcare and Childcare Vouchers, please ask your employer to find out how to register.

A registration fee is charged at £65 to all, excluding children using 2 help funding.
